What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is an emotion that we all get when we are in stressful situations
Apprehensive uneasiness or nervousness usually over an impending or anticipated ill
A magazine study showed When people worry

- 30% have already happened and can’t be changed

- 8% involve situation over which they have influence
